Was dich erwartet

Du bist Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe für CEOs, Ministerien und Unternehmer in Afrika und Europa.
Du führst Projekte von der Strategieentwicklung bis zur Umsetzung – alles aus einer Hand, ohne Silos.
Du gestaltest nicht nur PowerPoint-Präsentationen, sondern organisierst Round Tables, führst Konsortien zusammen, begleitest die Umsetzung und sorgst für messbaren Impact.
Du bist Teil eines Teams, das „Ownership“ wirklich lebt und bist für die Strategie Konzeption und Umsetzung verantwortlich.

Dein Profil

5–8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Top-Managementberatung, davon mindestens als Associate oder Implementation Manager (McKinsey, BCG, Bain o.ä.)
Unternehmerisches Mindset, pragmatische Herangehensweise, keine Angst vor neuen Herausforderungen
Erfahrung mit komplexen Transformationsprojekten, idealerweise in Emerging Markets
Bereitschaft einen Grossteil der Zeit im südlichen Afrika zu verbringen (kein Umzug notwendig)
Freude an Verantwortung, Lust auf Aufbauarbeit in einer jungen, dynamischen Beratung
Verhandlungssicheres Englisch (weitere Sprachen wie Portugiesisch, Französisch oder Deutsch sind ein Plus)

What to expect

You act as a sparring partner on equal footing for CEOs, ministries, and entrepreneurs in Africa and Europe
You lead projects from strategy development through to implementation—all from a single source, without silos
You do more than create PowerPoint presentations: you organize round tables, bring together consortia, support implementation, and ensure measurable impact
You are part of a team that truly lives “ownership” and are responsible for both strategy design and execution

Your profile

5–8 years of experience in top management consulting, at least at Associate or Implementation Manager level (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.)
Entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatic approach, not afraid of new challenges
Experience with complex transformation projects, ideally in emerging markets
Willingness to spend a significant portion of your time in Southern Africa (relocation not required)
Enjoy responsibility and the opportunity to help build a young, dynamic consultancy
Fluent English required (additional languages such as Portuguese, French, or German are a plus)
