Your tasks and responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Statements
Be the contact person for tax advisors, financial authorities, and auditors
Manage daily financial accounting (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable)
Prepare and post outgoing invoices and monitor receivables
Support annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
Reconcile accounts and resolve outstanding items
Handle accruals, provisions, and fixed asset accounting
Review employee expense claims and travel reimbursements using digital tools
Controlling & Reporting
Prepare and analyze reports and forecasts
Support budget planning, liquidity management, and cash flow tracking
Process Optimization & Digitalization
Improve finance processes and internal control systems (ICS)
Optimize ERP systems (DATEV Unternehmen Online)
Maintain automated accounting workflows and digitize financial documents
