We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant (m/f/d) in part-time (16-30 hours/week) in Switzerland starting July 2026.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Communication with clients and in HR projects

  • Leading and implementing independent HR projects

  • Supporting diverse tasks in HR software and processes, recruiting, HR administration, and HR strategy and conception

  • Creating project documentation

  • Administrative tasks in HR, sales & marketing including social media

Your profile

  • Academic Excellence: You hold an above-average university degree in business administration, psychology, or a similar field.
  • Professional Experience in Dynamic Environments: You have at least 2 years in an HR role in a start-up or dynamic corporate environment.
  • HR Build-Up Experience: You are well-versed in setting up HR software, structures, and processes, with proven practical successes.
  • Organization & Flexibility: You are highly organized, tech-savvy, and handle changing requirements flexibly and confidently.
  • Communication Strength: Your communication is proactive, well-structured, and always solution-oriented – building trust and conviction.
  • Technical Know-How: You master MS Office, Google Tools, and bring practical experience with common HR software solutions.
  • Language Skills: You speak and write fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Work and Residence Permit Switzerland: You live and work in Switzerland.
