Senior HR Consultant (m/w/d) remote CH

We are looking for a Senior HR Consultant (m/f/d) in Switzerland.

• You implement HR software solutions (especially Personio) for our clients – from requirements analysis and configuration through to go-live.
• You optimize existing HR software setups, identify improvement potential, and implement these together with the client.
• You advise SMEs, start-ups, and corporate spin-offs on selecting and introducing suitable HR tools and platforms.
• You design and deliver training sessions for HR teams and managers on using HR software.
• You analyze, design, and optimize HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding through performance management to offboarding.
• You conduct salary benchmarking and compensation & benefits projects and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• You support clients as a sparring partner on HR strategy projects, organizational development, and change processes.
• You create HR documentation, process manuals, and decision-making templates for our clients.
• You work independently at the client’s site or remotely and manage your projects autonomously.
• You actively contribute your project experience to the further development of our consulting methods and tools.

• You hold an above-average university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• You have 10+ years of professional experience in HR, recruiting, or project management – ideally in a start-up or dynamic corporate environment.
• You have proven experience in implementing and configuring HR software – ideally Personio, but also other systems.
• You understand HR processes holistically and can analyze, set up, and optimize them in a structured way.
• You bring solid knowledge in compensation & benefits, salary benchmarking, or salary structures.
• You work in a structured, solution- and process-oriented manner, are well organized and empathetic.
• You independently and reliably manage multiple client projects in parallel.
• You interact confidently and at eye level with managing directors, HR heads, and senior leaders.
• You have a good understanding of employment law (Swiss and/or German labor law).
• You are highly proficient in MS Office and, ideally, Google Workspace.
• You write and speak fluent German and English.
• You live and work in Switzerland with the appropriate residence and work permits.
