Recruiting & Active Search Consultant (m/w/d) remote CH, part-time, 50-80%

We are looking for a Recruiting & Active Search Consultant (m/f/d) in part-time (20–35 hours/week) in Switzerland.

• You create clear and tailored job descriptions for our clients.
• You manage the full candidate communication process, including screening, scheduling, and initial phone interviews or pitch calls.
• You develop and implement a recruiting and job-posting strategy.
• You conduct active search to identify and approach suitable profiles.
• You independently lead recruiting projects and produce project documentation and materials.
• You deliver workshops and training sessions for hiring managers and recruiters.

• You hold an above-average university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• You have 5+ years of work experience in a start-up or dynamic corporate environment in recruiting, HR roles, or project management.
• You work in a structured, solution- and process-oriented manner, and are well organized and empathetic.
• You are highly experienced in using recruiting software tools, ideally current AI solutions, as well as LinkedIn and Personio.
• You are very proficient in MS Office and, ideally, Google Workspace applications.
• You write and speak fluent English, German, and French.
• You live and work in Switzerland with the appropriate residence and work permits.
