What to expect

Are you an experienced HR all-rounder, accustomed to acting completely autonomously on the client side as an interim HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Head of HR—for several months at a time, without onboarding by a large HR team in the background? Do you confidently navigate between executive leadership and employees, build HR processes, implement software solutions, and provide strategic advice—all in one role?

Then you’re a fit for us. We’re not looking for a specialist in a single HR topic, but a consultant who covers the full HR spectrum, is perceived by clients as a fully fledged HR point of contact, and convinces with high velocity, autonomy, and a passion for modern HR.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You take on interim HR mandates with our clients (SMEs, start-ups, scale-ups, corporate spin-offs) as an Interim or Outsourced HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Head of HR—completely self-sufficient and independently responsible over several months
  • You own the entire employee lifecycle at the client: from recruiting and onboarding through performance management, HR administration, and people operations to offboarding and employment-law matters
  • You implement HR software solutions for our clients—from requirements analysis through configuration to go-live—and optimize existing setups
  • You advise clients on selecting and introducing suitable HR tools and platforms and deliver training for HR teams and managers
  • You analyze, design, and optimize HR processes and implement them operationally together with the client
  • You act as a sparring partner on HR strategy projects, organizational development, change initiatives, and compensation & benefits topics
  • You communicate confidently at all levels—bridging executive leadership/managers and employees—and are perceived as a trusted HR contact
  • You produce HR documentation, process manuals, decision memos, and project reports for our clients
  • You actively contribute your project experience to further developing our consulting methods and tools

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a generalist HR role—as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Team Lead, or Head of HR—ideally in a start-up, scale-up, or dynamic corporate environment
  • University degree in business administration, psychology, HR management, or a related field
  • Accustomed to working completely autonomously as the sole HR owner or within a small team—without close supervision, with high self-motivation and self-discipline
  • You cover the full HR spectrum: people operations, recruiting, HR administration, employment law, HR strategy, and organizational development
  • Proven experience implementing and configuring HR software—ideally Personio, but also other systems (e.g., HRworks, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • You understand HR processes holistically, can analyze, set up, and optimize them in a structured way, and adapt to each client’s situation
  • Solid understanding of employment law in the DACH region (Swiss and/or German employment law)
  • You engage confidently and on equal footing with executive leadership and managers while simultaneously building trust with employees—you master the balance between strategic consulting and operational closeness
  • You grasp new topics quickly, work at high speed, and reliably manage multiple client projects in parallel
  • You are passionate about modern HR, yet reflective enough to adapt to your clients’ varying maturity levels and needs
  • You have strong skills in MS Office and ideally Google Workspace
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Based in Switzerland with the appropriate residence and work permits

Our offer

  • Remote only: Work from wherever you’re most productive—on-site at the client only in exceptional cases; team events approx. once per quarter
  • Maximum flexibility: Set your own working hours and achieve a healthy work–life balance
  • Responsibility from day one: You run your own mandates and are a core part of our team—no hierarchy, short decision paths
  • Broad mandate spectrum: No two projects are alike—you work across industries, company sizes, and HR topics and continuously develop your skills
  • Appreciation: We value you as a team member and as a person—trust, coaching, and honest feedback are part of our culture
