We are looking for a Recruiting & HR Consultant (m/f/d) in part-time (16-30 hours/week) in Switzerland starting July 2026.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You create compelling and tailored job descriptions for our clients.
  • You handle the complete candidate communication, including screening, scheduling, and initial phone interviews or pitch calls.
  • You develop recruiting and posting strategies and implement them successfully.
  • You manage the search and outreach to suitable profiles as part of "Active Search."
  • You lead independent HR projects and create project documentation and materials.
  • You conduct workshops and trainings for hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Administrative tasks in HR, sales & marketing including social media round off your scope of responsibilities.

Your profile

  • You hold an above-average university degree in business administration, psychology, or a similar field.
  • You have 2–5 years of professional experience in a startup or dynamic corporate environment in recruiting, HR roles, or project management.
  • You work in a structured, solution- and process-oriented manner, are highly organized, and empathetic.
  • You have extensive experience with recruiting software, ideally LinkedIn and Personio.
  • You master MS Office and ideally Google text processing tools very well.
  • You write and speak fluent English and German.
  • You live and work in Switzerland with the appropriate residence and work permit.
